Bidders must have a minimum average annual turnover of US$ 2.5 million (above BDT 203.52 million) in last 3 (three) years. Bidders are required to have at least three (3) successfully completed contracts as main supplier within the last three (3) years, and three (3) contracts each of similar complexity and nature (import/export of similar goods), valued above USD1.00 million (above BDT 84.80 million). Goods offered have been in production for at least five (5) years and a minimum of 10 times the scheduled number of units of similar capacity have been sold every year on average. At a minimum, the bidder must have a positive net worth. |
