| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a) Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes and social security contributions under the provisions of laws and regulations of the country of its origin and shall not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule 55 of the Public Procurement Rules-2008.
(b) The maximum three (03) numbers of arbitration against the Tenderer over a period of last five (05) years.
(c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of five (05) years of overall experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
(d) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods of minimum USD 150,000.00 value under a single contract in the last three (03) years.
(e) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is USD 220,000.00.

The following addendum has been made to the Tender No.: 27.27.2666.103.02.043.19.1659 dated 17 June 2019 for “Procurement of Modules/ Cards of Mark VI Control System Panel for Siddhirganj 2×120 MW Peaking Power Plant, EGCB Ltd., Narayanganj, Bangladesh.”:
1. In “SI. No. 9 of Rejection Clauses” (Page-i) and “ITT 21.1 (q) (iii) of Section-2. Tender Data Sheet” (Page-33) of the Tender Document:
The word “new” is replaced by “new / reman (remanufactured)”.
2. GCC 33.1 of PCC is included in PCC of the Tender Document:
“GCC 33.1 of PCC:
GCC 33.1 is edited and included in PCC as follows:
The Supplier warrants that all the Goods supplied under the Contract are new/ reman (remanufactured), unused, and of the most recent or current models, and that they incorporate all recent improvements in design and materials, except when the design and/or material required by the Purchaser provides otherwise under GCC Clause 19.”
3. Please delete the “Line Item No. 10: Power Converter Module” from “Price Schedule for Goods (Form PG4-3B)”, “Specifications Submission and Compliance Sheet (Form PG4-4)”, “Section 6. Schedule of Requirements” and “Section 7. Technical Specifications” of the Tender Document.
4. All other Terms and Conditions of the Tender shall remain unchanged. |
