"(i) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services. (ii) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods of minimum:
Lot-1: BDT 90,000,000 or USD 10,70,000
Lot-2: BDT 8,40,000 or USD 100,000
Under maximum three (3) contracts in the last five years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. Tenders participating in multiple lots shall submit documents supporting supplying experiance for the lots offered cumulatively.
(iii) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of offered goods is two (2) times mentioned in the schedule of requirement per year (iv) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is
Lot-1: BDT 110,000,000 or USD 1,290,200
Lot-2: BDT 10,500,000 or USD 1,23,000
The financial capacity of liquid asset shall be supported by Bank statement from any reputed Bank or the credit facilities from a reputed Bank. In case of Letter of Commitment for Lines of Credit, it shall be issued after the publication of IFT.Tenders participating in multiple lots shall submit documents supporting supplying experiance for the lots offered cumulatively.
(v) The maximum 1(one) arbitration against the Tenderer over a period last five (5) years. (vi) Additional details are provided in the Tender Documents. "
