INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

"a. Reputed Contractors/suppliers having minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in Fire Related supply works.
b. Tenderer who have successfully completion of at least 1 (one) Contract of similar supply work amounting to Tk. 1.00 Crore of single work order during last 5 (five) years under Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies./ Govt. owned Public Limited Bank or Financial Institution
c. Bank Statement/Audited Balance Sheet of average Turn Over of 1.00 Crore for the last 5 (five) years is to be submitted along with the Tender.
d. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk. 1.50 Crore. Letter of commitment for Bank’s undertaking for line of Credit is issued from the concerned Bank in between publication date and submission date of this tender in the format as specified.
e. (i) Upto date Trade License, (ii)VAT Registration Certificate, (iii) Income Tax Return Certificate, (iv) Bank Solvency Certificate, (v) License from Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defense (vi) License from BSTI, (vii) Fire Fighting Equipment Business Owners Association Membership Certificate, (viii) License from Department of Explosives (for related service), (ix) A.B.C. Electrical Supervision License issue from Electric License Board and (x) successfully work completion certificate duly attested from 1st class officer are to be submitted at the time of submission of tender. Original copy of certificate is to be produced on demand.
f. All other reputed qualification, terms and conditions of the tenderer are shown in the tender data sheet (TDS) of Tender documents and all experience certificates will be submitted as per prescribed format. Necessary supporting Documents to be submitted as per requirement of ITT Clauses and technical specification of the tender. Qualitative experience will be considered among responsive tenders in case of same quoted amount.
