01. The Tenderer shall be the manufacturer/developer/authorized dealer/distributor having minimum 5(five) years of overall business experience and at least 02(Two) years specific experience of supplying, installing, commissioning, operating of similar goods and providing support service to different organization/banks in Bangladesh in multi-user environment. 02. Must have strong presence and support offices with well-equipped service cell manned by adequately qualified technical personnel for maintenance and support for the proposed Goods and Services. Floating or home address shall not be considered as established offices. 03. The offers should have validity for at least 90 (Ninety) days from the submission date of the tender.
