INFORMATION FOR TENDERER |
|
Eligibility of Tenderer: |
The tenderer shall establish through documentary evidence to the purchaser’s satisfaction that-
f. The tenderer must be original manufacturer of dredger intended; for JVCA with only local reputed dockyard/shipyard, this condition shall apply for the partner in charge, i.e. lead partner;
g. The tenderer must submit as manufacturer of its last 5 (five) years experience in the production & overseas supply of dredgers (with proven documentary evidence) intended;
h. The Tenderer must submit proven satisfactory performance certificate in the construction and supply of dredger in similar tropical climate like Bangladesh; i. The dredger manufacturer must submit proven performance records of its dredgers with long run (at least of 10 years) satisfactory after sales service facilities. It shall be confirmed by a statement made by the Tenderer, that would be supported by certificate(s) issued by their client(s); j. Minimum average annual turn over in the last 5 (five) years proceeding the .. |
